Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults at home under a written plan of care. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care), light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and feeding; perform range of motion exercises, assist with ambulation (transfers with lifting devices), and provide medication reminders. Deliver one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes in Chittenden County with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, including days and evenings. Requires ability to travel to clients’ homes and maintain compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with BAYADA standards; ongoing training and career advancement support are offered. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
- Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.
