Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living support including cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care while maintaining their independence. Manage the needs of multiple clients by maintaining professional, detailed care notes via a mobile app and ensure safety by immediately reporting any suspected incidents of abuse or neglect to supervisors. Help clients get to appointments or run essential errands as ordered and approved. Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date liability insurance. Pass a criminal background check and drug screen, provide a negative TB test, and undergo annual screenings. Be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, walking, and stooping. Work in various home environments ranging from urban settings to remote or rural areas.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, and follow complex oral and written instructions
