Job Summary
Perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents. Treat all individuals with dignity, equality, and respect in alignment with the Lifestyle Pledge and Principles. Maintain a positive attitude toward the elderly while following daily operational standards. This role is available as a full-time or part-time position, with flexible scheduling options for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
