Job Summary
Manage and prioritize GIS service requests, respond to ticket updates, and deliver accurate GIS products while maintaining clear communication with requesters. Track progress within ticketing systems, ensure quality and accuracy across deliverables, and meet established timelines. Participate in ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing to enhance technical skills and support team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a GIS professional
- Direct on-the-job GIS experience with ArcGIS Pro
- Strong understanding of GIS concepts
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
