Job Summary
Maintain and update project databases and spreadsheets; print, organize, and assemble right-of-way documents; prepare mailings by stuffing envelopes, applying postage, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of notices and project correspondence; review project maps and county databases for landowner information and input that information into spreadsheet form; review existing easements for existing rights and input that information into spreadsheet form; review project maps for encroachments, water crossings, RR crossings, etc. and place pins into a project map/KMZ; embed project specific documents/images into project map/KMZ. Demonstrates strong organization and planning, analytical/detail-oriented approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting and provides strong customer service; able to adapt to new systems and software environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience as an office administrator, paralegal, court/document clerk, real estate or equivalent profession
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word, Dropbox or equivalent
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
- Relocation and per diem are not provided
