Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer to join Acre Security's global Support team, supporting customers across the Western US region. Provide technical expertise across Acre’s software platforms and partner integrations; support customers via phone, ticketing systems, and other channels; troubleshoot software, networking, and system-level issues with a strong focus on customer experience; participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to provide 24/7/365 support; maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems; create and maintain weekly or monthly reports; preferred qualifications include a degree in Information Technology, Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience and CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+).
