Job Summary
Griffith College seeks an experienced Careers and Industry Partnerships Officer to support Dublin, Limerick and Cork campuses. The role focuses on career planning and graduate employment advisory, one-to-one career guidance (CV review, LinkedIn, interview prep), and delivering skills development through workshops (in person and online, evenings/Saturdays). Responsibilities include facilitating placements, coordinating career development and employability programmes, maintaining employer engagement and partnerships, coordinating careers events, managing vacancies and labour market information, supporting marketing materials, reporting on service activities, contributing to strategy, and representing the college as needed. Travel to campuses is required monthly. Minimum education is a primary undergraduate degree; candidates should have experience in career development and guidance, excellent communication/presentation skills, organizational and project management abilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently.
