Janitor position at CareerNation responsible for keeping buildings clean during business events in NYC. Duties include collecting and disposing of trash, dusting and damp mopping floors, moving and returning furniture, cleaning assigned areas with provided materials, sanitizing all surfaces, following the eight-step cleaning procedure, washing walls/windows/baseboards/furniture, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Must follow all federal, state, and county guidelines; may strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets; contribute to the team; and perform other duties as assigned. Salary implied around $17.00 per hour.
