Job Summary
CareerCenter Consultant in Rural Healthcare Transformation to connect healthcare employers, incumbent and separated workers, and community partners to training opportunities; determine program eligibility; enroll participants in Maine Job Link; refer businesses and job seekers to Maine Apprenticeship; coordinate with training providers; issue vouchers; process invoices for tuition, fees, books, and support services; engage employers and partners to identify workforce needs; develop work-based learning opportunities (apprenticeships, internships, on-the-job training); manage training-related documentation and vendor coordination; provide guidance on accessing workforce programs; conduct outreach, workshops, job fairs, and presentations; use electronic data systems to manage participant information and outcomes; ensure funded services supplement existing resources and promote long-term career advancement in Maine’s healthcare sector.

- Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of education and/or work experience that demonstrates competency in interpersonal skills, customer service, accountability, planning/organization, and ability to understand and apply rules and policies.
