Career Transition Specialist [Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm]

Career Transition Specialist responsible for coaching and interviewing students aged 16-24 entering the Career Transition phase, managing an active caseload, leading workshops on employability skills and job-search techniques, coordinating mock interviews and job fairs, building partnerships with employers and community resources, sourcing job leads, arranging interviews and transportation, and ensuring students have the required documents (licenses, transcripts, certifications). Maintain accurate records, track outcomes, and connect students with support services including relocation assistance when needed to prepare them for employment.
