Career Technical Training Manager

Job Summary
Directs staff providing career technical education training and ensures departmental programs meet DOL, PRH, and Serrato Corporation requirements. Develops and implements CTST projects, administers the CDSS plan, and establishes approved curriculum while conducting classroom observations and quality assurance audits. Supervises the CTST supervisor and WBL coordinator, manages instructional staff evaluations, and prepares budgets in cooperation with the Career Development Director. Monitors student progress on eTARS, updates Occupations Reports weekly, and ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two to three years related experience and/or training
- One to two year's supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and/or equivalent combination of education, certifications, credentials and related experience related to the industry of the Career Technical Training Offerings
- Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state in which the Center is located, or is accredited by a professional trade organization
- Valid State Driver's License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel
- Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat
- High level of leadership and management skills
- High level of communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge of trade education and training
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally sit
- Must be able to occasionally stand
- Must be able to occasionally walk
- Must be able to reach with hands, arms
- Must be able to talk and listen
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must be available for occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Must be able to taste and to smell
- Must participate in PRH mandated staff training
- Must comply with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulation, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Serrato policies and procedures, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures
