Career Specialist - Chautauqua High School

A Career Specialist identifies, recruits, and educates students who have difficulties between them and graduation while helping them make a successful transition from school to college, military, or career pathways. They deliver student-centered programs using the JAG Advantage of project-based learning, trauma informed care, and employer engagement to support youth toward graduation and post-secondary success. Responsibilities include instructing 35 to 60 students, conducting career exploration activities, providing follow-up services to graduates, and fostering positive relationships with students to help them achieve their greatest potential.
