Job Summary
Coordinate vocational services and job placement for individuals with developmental disabilities referred to RTR employment services. Responsible for securing competitive employment by contacting businesses, supporting resume writing and interview preparation, and providing follow-up services; extensive travel required with flexible scheduling. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, dependable car, and willingness to undergo background checks and state-mandated trainings. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and English, strong communication and liaison skills, and ability to work both on the road and with RTR team members to achieve employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have dependable car
- Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI)
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; willingness to travel extensively for job procurement purposes
- Must complete mandated trainings
