Job Summary
Determine client eligibility for WIOA services and document program requirements and action steps. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' skills, aptitudes, work history, and service needs, then develop tailored employment plans based on findings. Utilize the Transition to Success model and the "Map of My Dreams" workbook to assist clients in setting and tracking personal development goals. This role supports the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) Team Leader in providing individual and group services aimed at enhancing work experience, readiness skills, and job training across Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with two (2) years of work-related experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
