Job Summary
Determine client eligibility for WIOA services and document program requirements and action steps in accordance with federal and organizational guidelines. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' skills, aptitudes, work history, and service needs, including supportive services, and develop tailored employment plans based on assessment findings. Utilize the Transition to Success model and the "Map of My Dreams" workbook to assist clients in setting and tracking personal development goals. Provide individual and group services aimed at enhancing work experience, readiness skills, and job training under the guidance of a Team Leader. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $24.25/hr, 13 paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including HMO, dental, and a matching 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with two (2) years of work-related experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
