Job Summary
Provide individual and group services under the WIOA framework to enhance work experience, readiness skills, and job training. Determine client eligibility for WIOA services, document program requirements, and develop tailored employment plans based on assessments. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ skills, aptitudes, and work history; utilize the Transition to Success model and the Map of My Dreams workbook to help clients set and track personal development goals. Demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping others succeed while supporting workforce development programs and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with two (2) years of work-related experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine commitment to helping others succeed
