Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, public health, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic advising, career services, student affairs, or graduate/professional school counseling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with medical students or health professions education
- Familiarity with the NRMP Match, ERAS, and AAMC Careers in Medicine platform
