Job Summary
Build and maintain an employer network to promote hiring Jersey College graduates, developing job leads through community engagement and organizing recruitment meetings. Assist students and graduates in securing employment by coaching job search strategies, reviewing resumes, and tracking placement progress. Plan and oversee career fairs, workshops, and other job awareness events while administering audits of placement and licensure records. Conduct annual employer satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement in the employment process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of related experience in counseling
