Job Summary
Career Services Officer at Stanbridge University responsible for providing one-on-one and group career coaching (resume, LinkedIn, interview prep), conducting behavioral mock interviews, developing career readiness workshops, and guiding students and alumni toward healthcare employment pathways. Build and maintain employer partnerships with hospitals, clinics, long-term care providers, and other healthcare employers; coordinate employer panels, career fairs, and networking events; develop resources (resume templates, guides, market materials) and track student engagement and placement outcomes using CRM systems; stay informed on healthcare licensure pathways, credentialing requirements, and regulatory changes to support licensure-aligned employment outcomes across programs. The role also involves data tracking, program development, and collaborating with faculty to enhance student placement opportunities. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
