Job Summary

Conduct one-on-one and group coaching on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation tailored to healthcare careers. Identify and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and long-term care providers to expand the employer network and externship pipelines. Develop targeted resources such as job search guides and competency-based resume templates while tracking student engagement and job placement metrics using CRM systems. Apply data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements to services and employer engagement strategies. Stay current on healthcare hiring trends, credentialing requirements, and regulatory changes impacting employment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Must be physically present in the office
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Employment verification will be conducted to validate work experience
  • Official transcripts are required prior to hire
  • Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service
  • Able to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing 10–25 pounds as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in career services, advising, or student services, ideally in higher education or healthcare
  • Confidence and proficiency in conducting cold calls and proactive outreach to prospective healthcare partners to expand graduate placement opportunities
  • Knowledge of healthcare licensure pathways and industry expectations
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific job search strategies and employer relations
  • Experience with job placement metrics, database systems, or career tracking platforms
