Job Summary
The Career Services Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting students and graduates in securing employment. Key responsibilities include conducting employer development sales activities, managing externship opportunities, and providing career skill development workshops. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to meet sales metrics related to employment outcomes. An Associate Degree is required, and familiarity with job development and career services is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to present information effectively in groups
- Ability to perform basic math functions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of job development experience
- Career services experience
- Agency recruiting experience
