Job Summary
Conduct personalized career coaching for students and graduates, covering resume development, interview preparation, and tailored job search strategies. Facilitate individual and group sessions through workshops, drop-ins, and networking events to develop professional competencies. Build and nurture employer relationships with local healthcare organizations to create externship-to-hire and direct-hire pathways. Coordinate employer engagement events such as job fairs and mock interviews while collaborating with faculty to maximize clinical-to-hire conversions. Monitor assigned caseloads, placement activity, and performance indicators to address gaps and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Maintain meticulous records using company systems to support data-driven improvements and audit readiness. Represent the college professionally in the community and support campus events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of combined professional experience in career services, staffing, recruiting, workforce development, employer relations, account management, admissions, community outreach, or other roles with comparable responsibilities and performance expectations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a role requiring direct coaching, advising, placement, business development, recruitment, or relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence outcomes, and communicate effectively with students, graduates, employers, faculty, and campus leadership
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assisting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent combination of education, directly relevant experience, and demonstrated performance
- Experience in postsecondary education, healthcare, or a performance-based service environment
- Experience with CRM, student information, reporting, or case management systems such as CampusVue, CampusNexus, or PowerBI
- Knowledge of healthcare career pathways, healthcare employers, or allied health and nursing employment trends
