Career Service Advisor

Ensure students and graduates possess job search skills to attain employment and achieve placement in their field of study per program objectives. Guide job-seekers through interview techniques, workplace expectations, and resume best practices while managing a population of graduates for placement in the Allied Healthcare field. Develop plans to meet department metrics including talk time, interviews, and monthly goals for placed graduates. Collaborate with the education department and administrative staff to provide placement services, analyze survey feedback on graduate and employer satisfaction, and assist with advertising recruiting sites and monitoring externship progress. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accrediting rules while building positive relationships with students throughout the educational process.
