Job Summary

Manage a sales channel, such as direct, online, or retail, and develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with overarching business objectives. Identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure the channel meets or exceeds goals. Manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support to equip partners to sell the organization's products or services effectively. Develop relationship management plans for complex potential accounts, tailor presentations to decision-makers, gather market intelligence at industry events, and represent the organization to enhance visibility. Configure complex product-and-services solutions and associated contractual terms to meet customers' needs, negotiate pricing and terms, oversee CRM system implementation and optimization, and develop product education courses. Act as a subject matter expert on technology, policy, regulation, or operations, maintain external accreditations, and ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion guidelines. Master’s Degree or Equivalent Level Experience and supervisory experience are highlighted as required qualifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent level of education
  • Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others
  • Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues
