Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact to introduce students about Job Shop services through mentoring, CV/interview checks, the Careers Online Portal, and one-on-one meetings. Deliver peer-to-peer consultations for the Flagship Internship program and support the development of marketing materials including video clips, newsletters, and podcasts. Assist in planning and hosting online and offline career events such as Recruitment Week and Career Fairs, while contributing to workshops and engagement activities. Maintain confidentiality in line with RMIT's Code of Conduct and handle office administration duties as assigned. This 6-month third-party contract position offers professional customer service training and a mentoring opportunity for career development within RMIT Vietnam's high-performing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RMIT student in any program/major
- Experience in student advising and peer-to-peer support
- Positive attitude in delivering customer service
- Understanding about student's behaviours
- Passion in an active and dynamic student experience during university
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Competent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- IELTS (General) with a score of at least 5.5 (or equivalent)
- Eligibility for a work permit (for international candidates)
- Ability to submit both a resume and a cover letter
