Job Summary
Deliver engaging workshop sessions for international graduate students pursuing careers in technology. Provide individualized coaching and feedback, review assignments to assess progress, and track attendance and participation. Submit required reports and documentation while collaborating with GST staff. This required, non-credit-bearing program is a key component of GST's student success strategy, designed to help students navigate the U.S. job market, build professional skills, and develop effective career management strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience in career services, recruiting, workforce development, HR, or related areas
- Demonstrated success coaching students or professionals
- Teaching, training, coaching, or facilitation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with international students
- Knowledge of technology-sector recruiting and STEM careers
- Experience with career readiness instruction
