Job Summary
Lead Posse’s Career Program in Atlanta, overseeing career programming and serving as part of the local management team. Develop and lead workshops/events, cultivate career partnerships with directors of university career centers, and connect Scholars and alumni to career resources (internships, job search, skill-building, ongoing guidance). Travel to up to six partner universities annually; maintain data and report on career outcomes; collaborate with the National Career and Alumni Programs team to coordinate high-quality programming for Scholars and Alumni. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong writing/communication, Salesforce/database skills, event planning experience, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience working with youth strongly preferred
- Experience working in corporate settings is a plus
- Experience managing volunteers a plus
- Experience facilitating workshops preferred
- Event planning experience preferred
- Database management skills strongly desired, i.e., Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing and able to travel
- Graduate degree a plus
