Job Summary
Career Planner dedicated to connecting job seekers with employment opportunities by developing individualized employment plans, referrals to jobs and training, and collaborating with employers to recruit qualified candidates. Responsibilities include interviewing customers to assess service needs, aiding clients in developing and initiating employment plans, providing career advisement and resources, maintaining accurate case notes and files, performing market research to guide placement, ensuring programmatic compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to both job seekers and employers. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and data-entry skills, plus familiarity with program policies and regulatory guidance; Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years in staffing/recruiting or workforce development are preferred; valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development with at least one year's experience working with computer systems for data entry and data review required
- Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage
