Job Summary
Career Planner position focused on connecting job seekers with open positions and assisting employers in recruiting top applicants. Responsible for interviewing customers to assess service needs, developing individual employment plans, facilitating referrals to jobs and training, and providing ongoing case management and liaison services between customers and providers. Performs documentation of interactions, stays knowledgeable about market research tools and industry trends to guide placement, ensures case files meet program requirements, and delivers extreme customer service in all interactions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social services, HR, communications, business, or equivalent experience, plus at least two years of staffing/recruiting/workforce development experience; valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance; and a willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
