Job Summary
Guide veterinary professionals through Roo's Relief-to-Hire process, coordinating candidate materials and communications, matching hospitals with the right professionals, tracking placements and workflows in CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful hiring outcomes. This remote-first role focuses on candidate experience, process optimization, and billing/support coordination while enabling partnerships with hospital teams and enterprise clients; compensation varies by geographical tier and location.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in account coordination, inside sales, recruiting, or a client-facing operations role
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline or portfolio of active candidates, deals, or accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders or teams
- Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipelines, log activity, and generate reports
- Ability to identify process gaps and take initiative
- Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine interest in the veterinary or healthcare space
- Remote-first with hybrid option for San Francisco
