Job Summary
Admissions Representatives respond to inquiries from prospective students, conduct 100–150 outbound calls daily to assess interest and schedule admissions interviews, conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options and outcomes, and follow up to answer questions and collect required admissions documents. Document all student contacts in Nexus/CampusVue and leverage CRM systems. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, high-volume outreach, consultative sales, organization, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; prior admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience is preferred. Located in Ontario, CA with in-person attendance on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position
