Job Summary
Career Navigator provides person-centered case management and employment services to participants in the Pathways program. The role serves as the primary point of contact, coordinating assessments of strengths and needs, developing career/employment plans, referrals to community resources, resume and job-search support, interview preparation, advocacy with employers, on-the-job training, and post-employment support. Regular meetings with participants, documentation, and workplace-readiness instruction are required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, plus a valid Indiana driver’s license, are required. Work schedule is 37.5 hours per week with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Easterseals Crossroads is an Equal Opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience working as employment consultant, case manager, or related position.
- A current, valid Indiana Driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
