Job Summary
Career Navigator to support Goodwill employees and external clients with employment development, career advancement, and financial stability. Responsibilities include designing and executing educational and support programs, career coaching, intake and assessment, vocational and financial guidance, placement support, building relationships with store managers and employers, creating Individualized Service Plans, teaching work readiness, onboarding for new GIA employees, interview prep for donated goods applicants, referrals to HR/EAP and other providers, and ensuring client documentation meets state/federal guidelines while upholding privacy and HIPAA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School
- 3 years related experience and/or training
- Experience in the field of employment, vocational rehabilitation, or transitional employment assistance is preferred.
