Job Summary
Conduct outreach, intake, assessments, and individualized service planning for participants seeking meaningful employment. Provide one-on-one and group career counseling, pre-employment workshops, and job readiness training tailored to labor market trends. Connect individuals with supportive services, training programs, and community resources while developing employer partnerships to create job openings. Assist participants with job searches, applications, interviews, and follow-up for retention. Maintain accurate participant records ensuring compliance with program and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with staff, training providers, and workforce partners to improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Counseling, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license
- Access to an insured vehicle
- Ability to engage with diverse populations and community partners
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in workforce development, career counseling, or case management preferred
