Job Summary
Oversee talent development systems and partner with regional leaders to build consulting career frameworks. Contribute to performance management processes, including feedback cycles and promotion calibrations, while aligning consultant aspirations with business objectives. Guide 50 consultants through learning journeys, providing proactive one-on-one counsel on training and skill-building. Serve as a trusted resource for career growth, connecting advisors to support professional ambitions and drive engagement through frequent internal stakeholder alignment. Work in McLean, VA, with an in-office schedule of 4–5 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling within a consulting or professional services environment
- Proven experience in managing a pool of resources in a consulting and professional services organization
- Strong experience in coaching individual consultants one-on-one
- Ability to strategically align workforce capability development with short- and long-term business objectives
- Proven ability to develop talent in a way that directly supports business performance and growth
- Must be available for 4 - 5 days per week in the office
