Job Summary
Package Manager responsible for leading the Package Team and ensuring mobilization, planning, organization, and execution of the packaging scope in alignment with HSE, quality, technical, schedule, budget, risk, contract, and project strategy objectives. Duties include coordinating engineering, requisitioning, procurement, manufacturing, subcontracting, expediting, testing, and logistics; ensuring familiarity with client contracts and subcontracts; leading team meetings; applying duty of care across all phases; coordinating with PQM, PEM, SSLE, SIT LE, Installation LE, and PPM to align technical interfaces and commercial interfaces; managing third-party vendors and subcontractors; coordinating with Manufacturing for on-time start of manufacturing scope; and traveling internationally ~25% of the time. Requires a bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Oil & Gas subsea systems, project management for multi-site scopes, SAP/ERP systems, and integration of technical, commercial, and risk-based decision making. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Package Manager-related occupation
