Job Summary
Develops and deploys the Quality Management System and related tools; develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness of quality processes; communicates programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and plant employees; contributes to continuous improvement and measurement tooling; conducts extensive statistical analyses and reports on system performance; supports recommendations for new quality policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst)
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Good knowledge of Management Systems
- Skills: Quality Management, Data Reporting, Training, Business Process Improvement, Process Improvement
