Job Summary
Project planning leadership for EPC projects using Primavera P6; defines schedules, baselines, risk mitigation, resource planning, and cost control; supports client approvals and milestone achievement; develops project schedules and breakdown structures; supervises or trains junior colleagues on smaller to mid-size projects; requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 7-9 years of hands-on experience with cross-functional EPC coordination; strong analytical, data presentation, and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (preferably)
- 7 to 9 years of experience in project planning
- Relevant Hand-on experience in Baselining of projects in Primavera P6 Tool
- Cross functional coordination EPC projects
- Good knowledge of EPCI work processes and sequences
- Basic knowledge about the Global Business Process Management System (GBPMS)
- Ability to identify risk ahead with respect to OTD and cost
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Able to present data and fact in a clear and consistent manner
- Good knowledge in PowerPoint and MS Excel
