Job Summary
Lead delivery, rental, upgrade, and after-market projects for CWOR Systems, acting as the technical link between customers and TechnipFMC value streams. Participate in cross-functional meetings to define project scope regarding cost, risk, and schedule, while managing tender inputs, progress reporting, and necessary escalations. Conduct risk assessments across engineering, manufacturing, assembly, test, and maintenance phases, and implement LEAN methodology in daily departmental work. Provide hands-on engineering support from screening studies through execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. Requires a BSc or MSc with 10+ years in subsea open water workover systems, including offshore and workshop experience. Located in Kongsberg with an application deadline of August 31, 2026.
