Develops and executes a comprehensive sourcing strategy for assigned sub-categories to deliver best-in-class results at the global level. Proposes actions and initiatives to drive improvements supporting Category and Product Groups goals while coaching less experienced colleagues on sourcing strategy and supplier management. Leads assigned sourcing projects, including identifying, assessing, and negotiating with potential new suppliers to establish and update agreements. Coordinates demand between suppliers and supports tactical sourcing execution issues. Requires working from the Krakow office four days per week.
