Job Summary
Career Engagement Coordinator responsible for delivering and overseeing a comprehensive career exploration and coaching program, advising prospective and current students, delivering workshops and training, coordinating meetings and events, recruiting and supervising student staff, and collaborating with faculty to integrate career development into curricula; utilizes CliftonStrengths and career tools to support student growth, stays current on labor market trends, and contributes to program assessment, reporting, and strategic initiatives across STEM-focused initiatives (HEART Project) at TAMUK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of related experience
