Job Summary
Conduct individual coaching sessions via phone, video, or in person to align employee aspirations with NYCM's North Star mission and core values. Discover strengths and weaknesses while eliciting employee-generated solutions to develop personalized goals and action plans. Assist with curriculum development, lead training, and build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders including managers and teammates. Measure coaching metrics and monitor survey results to track progress. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information tactfully while prioritizing competing tasks independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Related experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position
