Job Summary
Coordinate and contribute to CEA CAPA’s Career & Internship Programs (CIP) portfolio, serving as a subject-matter expert for CIP strands from the Phoenix home office, providing advanced career coaching to CIP students, and collaborating across Enrollment & Advising, Institutional Relations, Marketing, and other teams to recruit, prepare, and place students. Responsibilities include managing the student pipeline, offering training and guidance on program eligibility and structure, supporting pre-departure placement processes, delivering NACE-certified coaching on resumes, cover letters, and interviewing, and facilitating ongoing career development activities for CIP alumni. Starting salary is $52,000. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience with a focus on career development and program management, plus strong communication and organizational skills. The role is based in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year supporting student career development and 2 years of program development and project management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, access, and inclusion
- Experience career coaching US undergraduate students on a variety of career readiness topics
- Experience in program improvement and project coordination and execution
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
