Job Summary
Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Accurately process financial transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, while educating clients on personalized financial solutions. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, participate in in-store and community events, and uphold security protocols by managing cash drawers and adhering to company policies. This role supports the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands' mission to provide accessible short-term financial services through its eleven brands across the country.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system
- Microsoft Office
- Other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
- Remaining in a stationary position
- Standing up to 90% of the time
- Moving and transporting up to 25 pounds
- Moving inside and outside of the store
- Operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
Desired Qualifications
