Job Summary
Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Accurately process financial transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, while educating clients on personalized financial solutions. Maintain store cleanliness, participate in community events, and uphold security protocols such as cash drawer management. This role requires standing up to 90% of the time, operating a POS system, and driving a personal vehicle. Candidates must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 18 years of age. Join Community Choice Financial's team of over 1,500 brick-and-mortar stores serving 24 states.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
