Job Summary
Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Accurately process financial transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, while educating clients on personalized financial solutions. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, participate in in-store and community events, and uphold security protocols by managing cash drawers and adhering to company policies. This role supports the front-line Store Operations team at Community Choice Financial's Nashville location, offering paid training, a Key Holder program for leadership advancement, and educational reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system
- Microsoft Office
- Other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
- Remaining in a stationary position
- Standing up to 90% of the time
- Moving and transporting up to 25 pounds
- Moving inside and outside of the store
- Operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
Desired Qualifications
