Job Summary
Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships while helping them access financial solutions like check cashing, money transfers, and loans. Accurately process transactions, manage cash drawers, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies. Educate clients on personalized services, participate in community events, and ensure store cleanliness to enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires standing up to 90% of the time, using a POS system, and driving a personal vehicle. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and background check clearance. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Background check
