Job Summary
Greet and connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Accurately process financial transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, while educating clients on personalized financial solutions. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, participate in in-store and community events, and uphold security protocols by managing cash drawers and office safety. Perform duties while standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and physical stamina; background check required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system
- Microsoft Office
- Other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard

- Prior cash handling experience
