Deliver hands-on career guidance, skills training, credential support, and job placement services through the NADAP PACE program in Brooklyn. Conduct comprehensive intake and assessments, develop individualized service plans within 30 days, assist clients with career pathways and education/training decisions, provide case management and counseling, coordinate with partners to identify trainings and opportunities, perform re-assessments as needed, and maintain documentation and coordination across program services to support client employment outcomes.
