Job Summary

Conduct career counseling for undergraduate students and alumni through every stage of the career development process, including exploring options, identifying strengths, and navigating internship searches. Teach career courses by developing materials, facilitating instruction, and assessing student learning while maintaining current knowledge of labor market data and recruiting practices. Build strong partnerships with faculty and staff to develop innovative programs, workshops, and events that integrate career development into the student experience. Create engaging resources, presentations, and online content that supports career readiness and encourages student engagement. Work 35 hours per week on a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, occasionally covering early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Required Qualifications
